-
Matter-related information: if you proceed to engage our services, we collect information relevant to your legal matter. This is governed by a separate engagement agreement.
-
Cookie preferences: your consent choices are stored locally in your browser using localStorage.
2. How data is collected

-
Contractual necessity: where you engage our services, processing of personal data is necessary to perform the engagement.
4. Data retention

Enquiry data is held for 12 months from the date of the last communication, unless a client engagement arises from the enquiry.
-
Client matter records are retained for 7 years following the close of a matter, in accordance with professional record-keeping requirements.

Analytics data is subject to the retention policies of the analytics provider, as governed by your consent settings.
5. How we use your data

-
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Third-party services
-
This website may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure usage and site performance. These services are active only if you consent to analytics or advertising cookies.
